"Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a Member must wager before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
"Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the ph47 platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any ph47 service. Each Member is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the ph47 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. ph47 employs device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and identity verification tools to detect and remove duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ph47 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending or completed transactions, including withdrawals.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete registration information, including your legal name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and any other information requested during the registration process or during subsequent identity verification. ph47 may require documentary evidence of identity and address — such as a PhilSys National ID, driver's license, passport, or utility bill — before processing withdrawals or in response to regulatory obligations.
Registration constitutes acceptance of these Terms and all associated policies, including the ph47 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph47 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. ph47 staff will never ask you to disclose your password or OTP. You must notify ph47 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
ph47 employs OTP-based two-factor authentication for login sessions from unrecognized devices. All platform communications are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Session tokens expire automatically after periods of inactivity. ph47 shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access attributable to your failure to adequately secure your credentials, to promptly report suspected unauthorized access, or to comply with ph47's security recommendations.
ph47 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, and PESONet. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. ph47 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or payments from unverified third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Member's own name.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit or to a verified account in the Member's registered name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. ph47 processes withdrawal requests continuously, including on weekends and Philippine public holidays. ph47 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if a Member's account is under review for compliance, responsible gaming, or anti-money laundering purposes. ph47 reserves the right to apply withdrawal limits and to review large or unusual transactions in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations.
Funds credited to a ph47 account are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). ph47 does not guarantee exchange rates and is not responsible for fees applied by third-party payment processors.
ph47 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to individual promotional terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and maximum bonus amounts. Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been completed. Winnings generated from Bonus Funds that have not yet met wagering requirements are treated as bonus winnings and are likewise subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established.
ph47 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms or applicable promotional terms, including through the use of duplicate accounts, collusion, arbitrage betting, or other abusive practices. ph47 may modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
All games available on the ph47 platform operate according to their individual game rules, which are published within each game and form part of these Terms. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules apply to the specific game, and these Terms apply in all other respects.

ph47's total aggregate liability to any Member for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ph47's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
ph47 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Members via platform notification or email to their registered address with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice prior to the effective date, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive. Continued use of the ph47 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request withdrawal of your remaining balance.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine law and applicable online gaming regulations. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the ph47 platform that cannot be resolved through informal negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable Philippine arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking interim relief before a competent court of law.
